I have had the worse experience with Ultimate Logistics, Maisen as he calls himself, didn't communicate well when fetching or dropping of my furniture. He sent me an inventory list of which I ticked the option of loading a Kawasaki ZX12R, and he gave me a price of how much it would cost to go from Pretoria to Richards Bay on 27 December 2021. The drivers were late and the clouds started building up. Eventually the drivers came on a Kia K2700 with a torn sail and a trailer of which the lights did not work and it started pouring rain. They loaded the bakkie and left everything in the rain while they stood in our home that we were moving out of. Myself and my boyfriend had to take the furniture out of the rain and put the torn sail over our fridge, washing masjine, one couch (part of an L-Shaped couch) and speakers. I immidiatly called Maisen and told him how upset I am over the service, he adviced me that the wet boxes would be replaced. On 30 December 2021 they dropped off out furniture at the wrong address where they had to load back on the truck and come to the address we scheduled for. 9 out of 15 boxes was in black bags (not replaced as he said he would, proof on mail and whats app) our bike looks like it had fallen of a driven vehicle (proof of how it looked when it was loaded and offloaded), my tv does not work at all anymore. I immidiatly phoned Maisen and told him that I want to claim from their insurance, which they stated I took on my Invoice). He informed me that I must send a mail with the damages. I sent him a what's app to inform him of the mail, since that day (30 December 2021) He has not gotten back to me. Was told on Google why the owner that Maisen no longer works for Ultimate Logistics SA, yet he can send mails to my friends (that are trying to help me get more info on the company). My dad phoned him, and apparently his name is Alex and not Maisen, and his supervisors name is Luke, who'm is also ignoring us. This company seems that it is not registered and they took my money, without paying for the damages that they have caused.
Even after writing reviews, ect, Maisen N is still not responding. I wrote what's apps and mails, tried calling and no pick up. His business is not registered it seems, so I am unable to reach him. After damaging my couches, breaking my tv and my Kawazaki ZX12R, with a few minor missing property, promising over mail that he has insurance, of which I have proof of the company loading my property (state of my furniture) and how it looks while they are busy offloading my property (state of which I received it back). Poor business and bad customer services.
They transported my furniture, they left my things in the rain and 80% of my load has been damaged. I had to personally take my couch, computer, tv and other boxes out of the rain. Immidiatly complained and Maisen stated they would fix it. The day of delivery I received 9 out of 15 boxes in black bags, lost a few minor things, tv was broken, my bike that I also transported has been damaged, unusable condition now. Couch only has 3 legs left instead of four, with a constant wet smell. Tried to claim from their insurance, Maisen is non responsive on mails and what's app. I have proof of when they loaded everything in the rain and how it looked when it was offloaded off the truck. Will definitely not recommend.
