Would not recommend - quite rude to deal with, kept messing me around with times, I had to follow up with each interaction to confirm, only to have it cancelled or postponed. Eventually cancelled on me.
Axxess has, without a doubt, provided the worst service I have ever received from a company. They charged me unnecessarily, gave me false, conflicting information three different times, told me products were free and then charged me for it, and argued with me when I requested my money back. I have cancelled my services with them after only three weeks, and although they admitted to providing me with false information (which constitutes a breach of their service agreement) they refuse to waiver their R999 cancellation fee. During the time I emailed them my complaints, they would often take up to four days to respond, and only after I followed up on the complaint myself. I am shocked that a company that promises such high quality service, falls so short of their claims.
I had a wonderful sign-up experience with Jeanre Joubert. She was so helpful, friendly, and patient. She navigated the policy with me that made it easy to understand, and helped me choose a policy that was best for me. I appreciate her so much!
