Last year on the 23 January 2012 I took out a funeral cover for me and family with Prosper funeral solutions was help by Mzwandile Ntunja agent code BRMID 004 and on the 28 December lost my cousin brother who was and on the 3rd of January 2022 I submitted all documents required for my claim and I received confirmation that my claim has been processed successfully on the 4th January 2022 from an agent by the name of Samantha Munnik even got a reference number so I waiting for my 48hours for the claim to be paid. On Thursday 6 of January 2022 I called again to check on what's the hold up and ms Munnik told me that she has no idea on what's the delay that she will call head office then get back to me which she failed to then I called and she never picked up my call so I called customer service and I was told to be patient that the claim might take up to 2 months and mind you according to the t & c's of our contract the turn around time is 48 hours. I was supposed to bury my cousin last weekend I had to put everything on hold for that 2 month.
