Outstanding service from Velishni Pillay – Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet, Centurion I would like to sincerely thank Velishni Pillay from Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet (Centurion) for her excellent service and professionalism. We had a faulty mattress that was still under warranty, and from the moment I contacted her, Velishni handled everything efficiently and with great care. She stayed in constant communication with me, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the process went smoothly until the mattress was collected and replaced. It’s rare to find someone who is so helpful, reliable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. Velishni made what could have been a frustrating experience completely stress-free. I highly recommend both Velishni Pillay and the Mattress and Couch Factory Outlet in Centurion for their excellent after-sales service

DOES NOT close accounts when requested.
Asked multiple times to close a bank account that is no longer in use for almost a year. it keeps on charging fees monthly. i will not pay these fees and they are just ignoring my request. I have just opened a account with FNB and will be moving everything over to them.

KJ Appliance repairs - Bad client service
They come and do inspection on the item and demand payment immediately, After payment was made you always here excuses. they now just never answer their phones anymore.
