My house flooded due to an insane amount of rain poring down one night. I was knee deep in water in my home. I laid a claim on 6 January 2025 and till this day 28 March 2025 not a single call or email from any person at Ooba. This is the most pathetic service I have ever seen. Making such a difficult situation even worse and putting on even more stress than it is already. When you call them not a single person knows what is going on or can give you straight answers. Last time I had to phone they merely said it is by management. So is management not doing their job or because they are managers just lying around or sitting at Starbucks the whole day. I am disgusted by this service.
