I made the order with the above company more than 31 days ago and until to date i have not received it. The company looks like a **** and what frustrates me is the fact that i got an email stating that i must review them, how pathetic is that?

SCAM
I bought a Samsung A33 on the 1st of March 2023 and I have phoned the owner more than 10 times and he promises to give me a call with waybill, the service is shocking and professionalism leaves much to be desired. I suspect that this is a SCAM.

POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT-
We ordered 76 laptops from the branch but the service we got was pathetic, the manager Mr Naidoo kept avoiding our calls and the delivery for the entire stock took about a month to deliver and we incurred penalties in the process. The salesperson Jabu tried his level best but unfortunately their management leaves much to be desired, i kept calling and making follow ups but unfortunately my business was never appreciated due to the substandard customer service i got. Even today the branch manager never deemed it fit to call and apologies for the poor treatment i had to endure.
