Beginning of December I booked for archery, that same evening my mom got home testing positive for COVID so I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. They immediately responded and said the refund will be done shortly. After a month and many emails later and only after a bad Google review did they request my bank details for a refund shortly after which I was told the accounting department was closed. I still have not heard anything back on the refund. I also requested at least 3 times to speak to the managers about this on phone because emails are clearly not working but they refuse to contact me. I spoke to Elizma, Nancy, Louise and Ansa.
