Their activities are cut short. They overbook and their go karts are not well maintained. Their workers are very slow and take time in between the change over and also trying to fix the karts. There is no proper coordination for groups. If you try to say anything they tell you that they have bigger loyal clients like FNB and UJ. The food is just another disaster. I an rating them while sitting by their property. Its a sham of a place

I booked with GZ Adventures in Lanseria for Geckoing and paid R650 p/p 100% upfront for 12 people 3 weeks in advance... They do advise when booking that weather permitting we might not be able to go on the river and will have to do another activity... Weather permitting to me means flash floods due to heavy rain or rain on the day? On arrival I am informed that we can't do this activity due to contamination of the river and it NOT raining? Was this info not available upon booking or with held on purpose? We had to do quads instead and they accommodated my anger by troughing in 10 laps each on the go carts as well. The go carts kept on breaking down during laps and then the quads that was supposed to be an hour that we paid for was 40mins only including 3 posed photos also including multiple breakdowns and having to stop for restarts and repairs. You also drive in a line with no eye protection so the back riders all get sand in the eyes... We also booked for a braai stand so that my husband could braai for the girls while waiting for the 2hour activity to end... You can't park close to the braai so we decided to go all the way back home to braai and have a swim. A very disappointing experience and a activity we could do 10min from home on decent gear....

My son and his friends had such fun celebrating his 16th. The only disappointment was my encounter with Geoff the manager, the temperament and attitude he displayed while I was just inquiring abt our balance shows poor customer service skills. He started swearing, insulting and uttering racial slurs. He pointed a finger at me threatening to beat me in front of his stuff. They had more than 500 bucks on our account and wanted to know wht we could get for tht amount in the bar. He said I had 2 minutes to order drinks and drink them there as they were closing. His pple skills are terrible.

My boyfriend and I booked a game drive for Sat at 4pm on the 2nd of Apr 2022, at Pilanesberg at the Kingdom Resort, and we made sure that we got there early, which was around 3h40 so we can choose seats that we wanted. Then a group of 9 people came late, just as it was about to be 4pm and we were told to move to another car which was 80% full and we were now left to sit where we didn't want to sit, we were very upset by this but didn't want to cause a scene. I don't understand why we had to be moved when we got there early. The group of 9 should be the ones who should have been separated but typical SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE, a black customer must always get 2nd best treatment even when we all payed the same rate. Shocking and absolutely didn't enjoy the game drive at all. RIDICULOUS at this day in age that such still happens.!!!!

GZ adventures are shameless scammers. Let my experience be your warning! I had booked & paid for a team event which unfortunately I had to cancel due to changes in lock down restrictions. I gave then a notification well in advance, but that didn't stop them from stringing me along for months with various excuses while knowing fully well that they have zero intentions to refund me. I subsequently checked out Hellopeter, there are at least 3 other incidents in the past 12 months where these guys ran away with customers funds, so this is part of their business model. Ansa , Louise & Nancy will gladly accept your donations.

Beginning of December I booked for archery, that same evening my mom got home testing positive for COVID so I immediately requested a cancellation and refund. They immediately responded and said the refund will be done shortly. After a month and many emails later and only after a bad Google review did they request my bank details for a refund shortly after which I was told the accounting department was closed. I still have not heard anything back on the refund. I also requested at least 3 times to speak to the managers about this on phone because emails are clearly not working but they refuse to contact me. I spoke to Elizma, Nancy, Louise and Ansa.

Very friendly on arrival and great service. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the quad biking course we went on and even the guide went out his way to take pictures of us. The only thing is parking is just a bit confusing as there are no signs indicating where one should park.
