My boyfriend and I booked a game drive for Sat at 4pm on the 2nd of Apr 2022, at Pilanesberg at the Kingdom Resort, and we made sure that we got there early, which was around 3h40 so we can choose seats that we wanted. Then a group of 9 people came late, just as it was about to be 4pm and we were told to move to another car which was 80% full and we were now left to sit where we didn't want to sit, we were very upset by this but didn't want to cause a scene. I don't understand why we had to be moved when we got there early. The group of 9 should be the ones who should have been separated but typical SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE, a black customer must always get 2nd best treatment even when we all payed the same rate. Shocking and absolutely didn't enjoy the game drive at all. RIDICULOUS at this day in age that such still happens.!!!!
Please don't bother going to the Mugg and bean at The Island in haarties. My boyfriend and I got there and were walked in and assisted to sit by one of the waitresses and then we were left to no attendance for over 10 min., no one came to ask if we want drinks or if we are ready to order, all of this happened while about 8 waiters were standing around and waiting for new customers to walk in and then eventually one of them was walking past and turned around to ask if we need anything. The shocking thing that happened was when 6 white customers walked in, they were attended to within 2 min of sitting down, the Manager also walked past us and asked if we're OK, we then told her what is happening, she then apologized but we literally canceled our order and walked out. How would we have enjoyed a meal with such treatment or rather no attention at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NEVER WOULD GO THERE AGAIN.
Hestia Smit from Pogir Group is absolutely a huge asset for that company, she was tenacious and pushed and made sure i got my claim paid from Ambledown Insurance, after they told me it's rejected. Thank you.
The worse company to deal with, they will give you a run around and once you've submitted all documents needed, they will never call you back and when your broker has confirmed that you will get paid for your claim, they change the story and say it's rejected after numerous calls and follow ups. The worse EVER. No urgency on returning emails or phone calls and couldn't be bothered. Over a month waiting for an answer on my claim for a hospital co-payment.
Willan Maswanganyi was extremely helpful and gave me all the information i needed to give me comfort in being with King Price. He confirmed very important questions that other insurance companies don't communicate when they sign new people up. e.g. additional access that's due on some situations and whether having a car tracker is a criteria or not for my car. Thank you.
