You guys really assisted me with my claim and went beyond and above the call of duty. Thank you to the ladies that assisted me Mareleze and Candice. I wish I could comeback you guys gave me peace of mind.

Useless Brokers
I just want to know what do you do for me? Why do I have you as a broker? Like I have been having issues with Momentum and you guys did nothing absolutely nothing. I have been doing the follow ups and getting extensions all on my own!! You guys are so useless you hardly even contacted me to update me, you never even followed up with Momentum until they contacted you.

Hestia Smit from Pogir Group was amazing.
Hestia Smit from Pogir Group is absolutely a huge asset for that company, she was tenacious and pushed and made sure i got my claim paid from Ambledown Insurance, after they told me it's rejected. Thank you.

Unfair Treatment
This company ripped us-off as a client who insured business under the guise that all was protected. For about two years we have been paying thousands in premiums without fail. Our company vehicle recently got in an accident and after going through a tedious and lengthy process in claiming, they sent their inspector to assess it. I was unfortunately told after his assessment that the car was a write off and that I should fill in and supply certain documents as per their checklist. This I did without fail and speedily as the company relies on the car to especially transport clients daily. A day or two later a certain Rasheilagh lady who identified herself as from Pogir group to me informed me of a sudden decline of my claim because the insurance only covered clients vehicles and not the companies. I told her in choosing the insurance I was made to believe everything was covered concerning the business and should at least been informed by them so we could make provision for this. As a person who's in the process of insuring my new store I'm taking business somewhere else and will make noise to my fellow franchisees about them.
