Dear ITC why am I being changed for a statement that I could not download? I also told you that I paid Ampath and, I was told that I will get an email address where I can send my proof of payment. Now because you are charging me for every phone call that I did not request an sms that I did not request and emails. Please don't send them or call me again.
I lost my keys and I cannot contact the driver like I used to and the support bot is not even assisting. Uber why has your service dropped like this?
I am tired of this FNB here i am trying to do the right thing and you are taking me from FNB call centre to Auto & General call centre. So i called in looking for FNB short term insurance to ask them to run my debit order again, I have been calling since Tuesday taking from one department to another, then i tried the live chat which normally saves me the pain of being taking from one place to another and saves me airtime. Today was the most frustrating and expensive, I called in and as expected i was taken from one department to another only to end up at the Auto & General call centre HOW? Please call me back if you want your money and please don't double debit me.
I took my car to Flora Auto in Constantia because they had given me great service before, they did now until I found a scratch on my windscreen a few other scratches and poor paint job. They acknowledged all the other issues but the scratch on the windscreen. I showed them countless pictures proving that that was not there when I booked my car but they refuse to take to take responsibility.
You have been on my case for a payment and all I am asking is a statement. Then you guys have the nerve to tell me that all the calls, emails and smes add to my interests. STOP CALLING ME AND STOP SENDING ME SMES. I want a statement of the payments I made to Ampath. Because I believe I am done with that account. Now stop calling me and sending me smes and emails. All I want and have been asking is a statement. Not an smes that tells me I owe R225.00 that is not a statement. All your calls are recorded so that's all I have ever asked for. Your agents don't listen and they are rude. I have been telling them that I want a statement.
You guys really assisted me with my claim and went beyond and above the call of duty. Thank you to the ladies that assisted me Mareleze and Candice. I wish I could comeback you guys gave me peace of mind.
I just had the most terrible conversation with one of your claims people about a JRA claim. Shane is rude and condescending. I have 2 claims with JRA different amounts these an issues from 2022 it made it seem like I am trying to get more money out of my claims. I gave them all the required paperwork and now he decides what amount he is going to give me and not what I claimed for. It's not the 1st time I do a pothole claim they used to be very simple and straightforward not now. Shane is rude I did not appreciate his tone. When I told him I am going to dispute it he says it's okay you can go to court like really. Even if you don't send the money I do not give a f@$& keep it Shane I guess it's yours.
My car was towed there for diagnostics because of a broken samp then when it's towed to the panel beaters it does not have an alternator belt. HOW?. I have been calling to find out what happened but and all I got is it's impossible. This is after me calling a couple of times and the Manager does not call back. (VW Mahikeng)

I just want to know what do you do for me? Why do I have you as a broker? Like I have been having issues with Momentum and you guys did nothing absolutely nothing. I have been doing the follow ups and getting extensions all on my own!! You guys are so useless you hardly even contacted me to update me, you never even followed up with Momentum until they contacted you.
