I've app**** for a loan a week and a half ago, the turn around time for a result was 1 to 3 day, it was allocated to a consultant whom I've emailed and received but did not respond, I called and she knew nothing about it and would get back to me but didn't. I called earlier they told me the loan application was withdrawn by the consultant that answered, than they asked the consultants name and she called telling me it was rejected. I am not worried about the it being rejected but the lack of communication is the part that is what upset me and hearing two different stories. I don't want a response just dissapointed by the lack of feedback and the different stories given.
I chose to go there due to stress, anxiety and depression, I had a team of 6 doctors looking me over the few weeks and I was there and I must say the nurses and doctors did a wonderful job, they went out of their way to assist me and I'm glad to decided to go things are coming right slowly, I go for regular checkups..
I've been trying since this morning to purchase items but unable to, I called 4 times and 3 agents and they were unable to process the order even on their end, the one agent told me that team leaders and managers don't take calls as I've been waiting over 2 hours for a call back eventually I got a hold of a team leader who tells me that one of the items is the problem and do I want to choose another, I asked why is it on the website and I can add it to my cart but doesn't allow me to checkout and he has to escalate to the technical department and no lead time give at all. I don't know who to believe the agents or the team leader and why put something on the website and I can't purchase it and no answer can be given for sure. Really terrible service as I wanted that delivered tomorrow.

Hi I've been in the one a calls for well over an but cuts me saying that there are no person that can assist they closing time 5pm but calls at 5. Initially Ip called the normal number they gave the one number to all got Takealot clients and no one ever answers snd call cuts no 1 and no never to spesk to awesome. . This issue had been for error And the agents don't what's a team m of a manager..
I've been trying for a while to unlock my Takealot . Mobicred Credit account even whilst talking with an agent on the phone and nothing happen says nothing happens but it's the account locked.
I app**** for a Mobicreit Takealot just over a month ago it was approved, since that day I have being tyring to use it since day one, with no luck, the staff give the same instruction setup my account and it doesn't over the staff are like robots My accounts keep in getting locked and I'be asked them to set a password for me so so can see where I'm going wrong as my account keeps on getting locked ever 25 characters it characters and so on When I can they give me the same BS as the rest of the staff, I don't know what to do now.

Hi, I've app**** for Fiber over a month ago on they 10 April and was sent emails from from Webafrica and Rehman Inglis and the requested information that I need to send thought despite send the information a few times no reply was ever received, (22 April, 28 April, 2 May, 5 May, 22 April, all were ignored, The only reply I get got from anyone is to make the R295. I used that stupid WhatsApp an was on time for hours and once to anyone. I found a number to call and both agent cut the call me while I was talking Is this how you guys do business and attract customer by giving they a whole lot of BS?
I've ordered something a few months ago that is under warranty but Onedayonly. I've logged two tickets with no reply, sent an email also no reply than I had to chat the stupid bot on WhatsApp than another bot which seemed to be a person asking me questions that were on the logged tickets and also the email but they asked me to repeat it cause their IT division which don't know what to do. All around the this experience and onedayonly are pathetic.
