BEING MOVED TO HORRIBLE SEATS CAUSE OF PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT TO OTHER CUSTOMERS
My boyfriend and I booked a game drive for Sat at 4pm on the 2nd of Apr 2022, at Pilanesberg at the Kingdom Resort, and we made sure that we got there early, which was around 3h40 so we can choose seats that we wanted. Then a group of 9 people came late, just as it was about to be 4pm and we were told to move to another car which was 80% full and we were now left to sit where we didn't want to sit, we were very upset by this but didn't want to cause a scene. I don't understand why we had to be moved when we got there early. The group of 9 should be the ones who should have been separated but typical SOUTH AFRICAN SERVICE, a black customer must always get 2nd best treatment even when we all payed the same rate. Shocking and absolutely didn't enjoy the game drive at all.
RIDICULOUS at this day in age that such still happens.!!!!

At The Kingdom resort, guests are allocated to vehicles prior to the vehicle leaving. It would appear as if you got into a vehicle which was not allocated to you. Our guide should have advised you immediately that the vehicle was earmarked for a bigger group. Regrettably he only did so once the other group arrived.
We would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere apologies for the incident and would like to thank you for your feedback as this ensures the smooth running of our operation.
