My son and his friends had such fun celebrating his 16th. The only disappointment was my encounter with Geoff the manager, the temperament and attitude he displayed while I was just inquiring abt our balance shows poor customer service skills. He started swearing, insulting and uttering racial slurs. He pointed a finger at me threatening to beat me in front of his stuff. They had more than 500 bucks on our account and wanted to know wht we could get for tht amount in the bar. He said I had 2 minutes to order drinks and drink them there as they were closing. His pple skills are terrible.
I am battling to get a refund from Travelstart. I paid R45548.00 for group tickets to Vic Falls on the 6th of March 2022. They indicated the following day that price went up before they allocated the funds. I then booked a new cheaper route and they transferred some of the funds to the new tickets. There was a balance of R17319 from the originally paid amount of R45548. It is close to 4 weeks. If you call you hold for 59mins, they are providing timelines or even responding to emails. Another failed promise. A month later I am still following up for my refund. Have raised a complaint for them with Department of Tourism. Here is another one of their promise not honoured below. "Hi Dr.Mavis, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have located the booking via your hello peter query I have checked the booking and can advise the refund will reflect in the next 24 -48 hours". ~Melissa And this was 3 days ago!!!
They do not deserve even a 1. I am battling to get my refund after a failed purchase on 07 March. To call you have to hold for 59 minutes and emails and Facebook page are being ignored.
