Inaccurate Junk , Zero Support
Report does not have accurate details and is not pulled from all three Credit Bureaus. Paid R130 for junk and does not even have a contact number. The report is absolute Junk. mycreditstatus.co.za is horrible do not sign up nor pay for a report . Read the rest of the Reviews. https://mycreditstatus.co.za is horrible.

Lack of Clarity and poor Support
I settle my loan in December and was told the credit bureau would be updated within week. I called back after a month to find out my account was showing in arrears when in fact it was settled. I was assisted by Siphokazi who seem to know nothing and was very unhelpful. She eventually logged a query and two days later their system was updated with the correct amount. However when I asked when the information was to be updated with the credit bureaus she did not know and told me that all the supervisors were working from home and so I could not speak to them. I have yet to receive a clear response. Dismal support and horrible company to work with.
