I want a refund!

Please share far and wide! Rentalcars.com are a bunch of scammers. They steal people’s money and the best part is ‘you are not allowed to speak to a Manager’ If I can give anyone advice: PLEASE do NOT make use of Rentalcars.com. There is sooooooo many other people who this has been done to. How can this disgrace of a company keep money for a service that was NEVER given?? No car was collected, no contract signed and no car was dropped off - this is clear to see as they should both have access to the booking/confirmation number. The online (automated) booking was sent to Avis - Avis was contacted and booking was confirmed by Avis (which should also be automated) Which was cancelled 20 min later due to personal reasons, which is apparently NOT automated. So Rentalcars.com are not aware of cancellations but can confirm a booking with a rental company 😳😳 People cancel for plenty of reasons and the cancellation was done 20 minutes after the booking was made. How is this, in this day and age allowed to happen? What happened to customer service? And the second last agent who was spoken today at Rentalcars.com slammed the phone down in the clients ear. This is an absolute disgrace! I want to make sure this reaches every platform possible
