No Stock for school stationary
Ribbons Office National Brackenfell!! What a joke, how must we buy our kids school boxes with all the stationary in it if you dont have stock for 2 weeks? Three times weve been there for the supplys and everytime no stock. Empty promises were made when stock should arrive. Youre company are the ones that knew when schools were starti g, why didnt you prepare youreself for the rush. What a shame. Never again will i shop there and many people are angry i promise you. Dont have a good day Bye

{Ref: ,627681, name: Dinique Ramcharan, Now this guy is the best of the best. Im sorry to say but out of all the agents @ Home-connect this guy should be the manager. I have been stuck with a problem on fiber speed not up to par for almost a year and not ONE of the other tech guys could help me. Along came this gentleman took my problem serious and fixed it. Dinique Ramcharan stepped up and walked the extra mile for me. Thank you so much. You gave me hope again in Home-connect. I highly recomend him to anybody!!! Dinique Ramcharan youre the man!!!

Cape Town clieent Disgusted with Home-connect
I have been with Home-connect for almost 3 years now, swrvice was great in the begining but has gotten worse, I have a 200/200mbps line and i am not getting close to a 100mbps on a cat6 LAN cable, they tell me the PS5 cant handle that speed but when they ran a promotion for 6 months i got 511mbps,so how is this possible? They vant find a solution and promises are been made but to no effect. Im disgusted with Home-connect. I must pay R1018 every month but not getting my moneys worth. I am currently looking for a new ISP. Even the agents never call you back. Poor service towards there clieents. Do not i REPEAT DO NOT JOIN HOME-CONNECT!!!

Jocelyne Lai!!! What a star!!! She assisted me after i mean way after hours and gave me the best service ive ever got!! Still speechless. Hope this message gets tou you and your company sees it !! I rate her service a 1000% . Thanx for going the extra mile in customer service!!!
