I’m very dissapointed with the pathetic service from foneyam. The phone was paid few days late last month, and it was locked. Payment was made and I called in to get the phone unlocked, but I’m not receiving any assistance that is helpful I was told to buy data, make sure the foneyam sim is on sim 1 did all that but the phone is still locked… I have been calling for the past 4 weeks they are not assisting me with anything instead they keep telling you buy data even though you do state the phone does not download latest policy as instructed. Payment was made again yesterday but the phone is still locked…. They do not have customer service it’s like they are running a nursery not a business, I have sent emails called and followed up they tell you they cannot assist over the phone they will reply your email within 48 hours. They are actually a **** as they suppose to open the phone from their end immediately when payment is made. I want my money back as the service I’m paying for it’s not rendered you are such a ****…..
