Paying process is smooth and friendly but after no one is willing to help with a paid up letter or help update you have settled the account. Phillip Sithole the manager for nedbank dep will not even bother to take your calls or give update . Payment was made in march already till today no paid up letter or settlement update at Nedbank .

Paid up letter
Paid my personal loan March 2025 via Trevor Jaggard Attorneys but still not able to get paid up letter. Paying process was friendly and smooth but they not helping with paid up letter.
