Frustrated and angry by the appalling lack of communications and service
I have lost all hope with this company. Pity I cannot go anywhere else to buy my sons school uniform because of the monopoly that these kind of companies have. I ordered my son's blazer from the store in November. With no luck...no one bothered to call me and tell me when stock arrived despite them taking my numbers and promising to call. Then I ordered and paid online...it's the 20th of January we still haven't received the blazer. Even after a certain gentleman by the name of JP promising that we will receive the blazer before Friday. No one responds to emails sent...and today I tried to call the 011 431 0406 number 4 times with no luck. I just don't lnow what else to do. At this point I'm angry, frustrated and disgusted by the service I have been receiving. I just want my money back and will see what I do because clearly no one cares
