Hi i went for a facial that was on special. At the time i made payment i was overcharged. When i got home i made a call to Placecol. The lady that did the facial agreed that i was overcharged. I was told that they will make a refund but did not have cash. I asked to speak to the manager but she was still not available, but said she will give her a message to phone me back. I phoned again on the 20th but they still did not have cash and offered to leave it on my account until my next treatment. I did not want that and again asked for the cash. Stiil no call from the manager. I made another call this morning and was told they do not have cash. I asked to speak to the Manager and was told she is not going to be in today. My husband then spoke to them and they still had no cash. Words were said and they phoned back 1/2 hour later and said i can now collect my cash.
