TMT The Make out team: In 2018 I got a quote from Alex for 100K to build my Patio Roof only and braai area. There was 4 criterias on the quote. I called and selected only 2 of the criterias based on my affordability. I was instructed to pay 70% upfront which I did. Clearly one could not have messed up on that if you know maths. They proceeded the day later and to my sup-prize I found they had not added skylights. Note I had also presented clear pictures of my expectation based on body corporate rules ect. They finished 90% of the work 2 weeks later. Rain started and I had to remind the for more than a month to come and complete the gutter and facial board (note to my stupidity- I had paid in full buy then as they requested it and said they needed the money). After legal action they came to add the gutter. Needles to say they left a 80mm gap between facial board and gutter which led the rain directly onto ceiling below. This is one of my worst dealings with constructions company. Don’t use them.
