The service I received from Dental Risk was extremely disappointing. The consultant I spoke to was nonchalant and made me feel like I was bothering her. She had no patience in explaining things clearly, and her tone was unprofessional throughout. I know what good customer service sounds like, and this was the exact opposite. The lady I spoke to Simonia (or whoever she is) left me questioning how someone with that attitude represents a business. I truly hope the company addresses this. 2025112626200057

NOW what gets me ticking is the lady that spoke to me with so much disrespect who even refused to allow me to explain to her what is happening. she was so rude that she doped the line on me saying that when I'm ready to listen to her and make an arrangement I will call them back..... WHAT in the name of ****ery is going on in your company. The problem here is that MBD is unprofessional finish and klaar.
