MAKE SURE YOU GET A POLICY SCHEDULE BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING

Please do not deal with this company. Policies are in place but none of them know how to let you know what the policies are when it comes to the client passing away and getting the deposit back from them. No signed contract of notification of the policy details being given to the client in the first place. My cancer patient mother paid and wanted her carport done before her last Christmas with her family. She had paid the the deposit early November and by Jan after her passing nothing had been done nor has anyone called regarding setting up dates to do the installation. When we called to say we do not wish to continue we were treated so well and told we would get most of the deposit back as there would be a minimal admin fee. Another 2 and half weeks later we call back to be told multiple times everything was sorted for the refund to only be told they needed documentation to prove who I was. Which we happily sent in. Then to only receive 50% of the deposit back because they have a 25% cancellation fee. MY MOTHER DIED, IT WAS NOT A CANCELLATION, SHE DIED! They proceeded to blame my mother as to why the work was not even started in the home for almost 2 months. WILL DEFINITELY BE TELLING EVERYONE TO NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
