Awesome awnings and Naresh are Swindlers that do not honour their terms.
Awesome Awning and Naresh are swindlers. After countless communications efforts. They have still not returned to repair the leaking awning they installed. The office equipment has now been damaged and Naresh has no intentions or repairing it. We had installed an XPS ceiling with has been mounted to the walls of the unit and not on the awning. He now claims that due to the ceiling installation the work he did has been affected. I have had 2 other contractors out who confirm that the ceiling has no bearing on the awning. The awning has a back fall, lip channels are installed wrong way around and the subpar waterproofing is failing. I've tried to contact their director to get this matter resolved, but to no avail. This company has no integrity and their morals and values as stated on their Website is absolute fugazi. Naresh and Co will never be recommended and I will pursue this till you rectify you bad workmanship and take accountability for your poor service.

MAKE SURE YOU GET A POLICY SCHEDULE BEFORE PAYING ANYTHING
Please do not deal with this company. Policies are in place but none of them know how to let you know what the policies are when it comes to the client passing away and getting the deposit back from them. No signed contract of notification of the policy details being given to the client in the first place. My cancer patient mother paid and wanted her carport done before her last Christmas with her family. She had paid the the deposit early November and by Jan after her passing nothing had been done nor has anyone called regarding setting up dates to do the installation. When we called to say we do not wish to continue we were treated so well and told we would get most of the deposit back as there would be a minimal admin fee. Another 2 and half weeks later we call back to be told multiple times everything was sorted for the refund to only be told they needed documentation to prove who I was. Which we happily sent in. Then to only receive 50% of the deposit back because they have a 25% cancellation fee. MY MOTHER DIED, IT WAS NOT A CANCELLATION, SHE DIED! They proceeded to blame my mother as to why the work was not even started in the home for almost 2 months. WILL DEFINITELY BE TELLING EVERYONE TO NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Awesome Awnings are incompetent. Stay away
Awesome Awnings quoted for an awning. They did not stick to promised installation date. When they installed aluminum structure; they realised they had under-specified what was required. To their credit they then added the required support structure without revising quote. But then they installed polycarbonate sheeting in the wrong orientation - against the roof fall; and roof bolted it through the sheeting directly onto the aluminum. Naresh said the plastic would 'seal' by itself which raised warning bells. They crushed the internal structure of the sheets with the result that a light dew leaks through, water pools. Weight of water bent the gutter. The structure leaks profusely with rain. Naresh came to answer the complaints and said they would silicone any gaps. With any sun; expansion causes waves in the roofing which no silicon will mend. Awesome were given multiple opportunities to fix their mess; but have abandoned the job, but happy to retain the monies they were paid. Beware. This company is dishonest, non-responsive and not prepared to take responsibility.

Awesome eventually live up to their name.
Hellopeter is amazing. Within 15 minutes of sending my previous complaint to this website, I received a call from Naresh at Awesome. Sincere apologies and a promise to immediately complete our 7 carports.. True to his word this was done.<br> Apart from this delay hiccup, I can report that Awesome make an excellent product and well priced. We will use them again.<br> <br> Ivan Goodman

After 5 weeks we are still waiting for Awesome to complete the carports in our complex. Many promises from their representative, Naresh, that they will definitely complete, all come to nothing. Do not return phone calls and manager, Bradley, does not care.<br> <br> Chantry Point Body Corporate
