What is the point of getting an authorization sms for a particular amount if the bank just allow the merchants to take multiple debits nowhere near amount authorised then say its not their problem as you authorised a payment. Thete is no authorization for over R3k that was just debited grom my account
I am a client of mtn for many years if I want to upgrade or have any issues I go into mtn I am constantly harassed by telemarketers for mtn and when I say I want to be removed from their lists they tell me I cant because I'm a mtn customer... my bill is paid in credit I dont want to be called for anything but I cant tell them to stop
I bought the toaster kettle special now 2 years ago but the kettle has literally cracked by on off switch leaking everywhere and the colour has come off from the first month So much money and not worth it at all
I had a truck throw a stone up and hit my windscreen on Friday I immediately sent and email to kingprice to find out what to do. They only contacted me right now then put me though to DGC glass who expects me to know about terminology or requirements regarding windscreens. Obviously I have no idea and get upset but I'm just put on hold then cut off. No where closer to resolve even after waiting since Friday

My daughter had a 3rd party claim which was 100% recovered from 3rd party insurance it now they increasing premiums and the excess. Never have ever had an insurance do this. They say on their app increase your excess tower you premium but they increase both. Increase in premiums is acceptable but why excess (excess already high) I'll be looking elsewhere
I keep getting sms and calls for an account handed over by unify no matter how many times I tell them they habe the wrong person have never had any unify anything they keep harassing me. I contacted unify many times telling them it's the wrong person but am attorney still goes on harassing the wrong person. How does the wrong person get handed over.
I have 3 vehicles comprehensively insured with kingprice and have for many years. I contact them to advise I'm not happy with increase in premiums as the vehicles have all depreciated in value yet they tell me they cannot assist. And I must pay the increased premium. So much for loyal service . Will be looking elsewhere soonest.
I have written to customer services regarding my account numerous times because the latest statement they sent I cannot open with my ID number and I cannot pay my account as it says invalid reference but its been a beneficiary on my account for years... I try tell them and each time they tell me password is my ID number.. it does not work amd I cannot pay my account via eft. Would give no stars if I could. Telkom just increased my bill from R720 to R799 on a 50mp / 50mp Fibre tnotification no agreement on my part nothing. Then I'm told I must give 60 days notice to cancel on a month to month... how does that work I try call the stupid people at 10210 and they either cut me off or say they'll come back to me. Nothing transpires. How do you talk to someone who actually knows what they doing
