I apied for Fibre connection at the beginning of February 2025 when moving into a new apartment. Mweb deducted R249 from my bank account. When completing the application form, it was stated that installation was included with no extra cost. They sent a router via courier, however the router is not compatible with the "Fibre box" in my apartment. I have phoned over 12 times, each time being put on hold over 5 minutes... then cut off. I have emailed numerous times including photos of the box on the wall, as well as chatting on the app. I am still not connected, however they continue sending messages saying ' Congratulations you are now connected"... i am paying but can't even cancel so that the line van be freed for another service provider. HELP

Feeling blessed and grateful for finding my remarkable hairdresser with a magical wand and beautiful soul.
I have been a client of Rolff Offerman for just over 10 years now. The senior hairdresser, @Genien Chinnapien is more than just an excellent hairdresser. She has become a special friend to me because she always goes out of her way to make me feel wonderful. Ask any lady; when you feeling down, the best therapy is having your hair treated and styled. Genien truly is a gifted, professional and personalized hairdresser and is a huge asset to the Umhlanga Rocks branch. I want to commend Genien for her excellence; sparkling with a personal touch. Mention must also be made for the whole team at this branch in Umhlanga Rocks. The vibe is always a happy and positive experience.

No words can express my respect and gratitude to the whole team at Teramok Spa
I have been a client of Teramok Spa for years now. I am a regular at the Spa for self-love treatments. The owners are such genuine, caring, professional people. All admin/planning team members are incredibly amazing at making every visit personal and enjoyable. I mainly dealt with Tracy ***ner) and she goes out of her way to personalize my needs and always making me feeling like a beautiful princess. I went through bad health issues resulting in poor self image. Tracy put together a magical weekend for me, covering healthy food, calm, serene environment and perfectly timed Spa treatments including a journal and unforgettable guide on how to love myself. Tracy knows me well enough to put that weekend together according to me, as an individual, as if she knew me better than I know me. My favorite the******, Linda is amazing at what she does and makes me feel like her favorite client. From hotel, to Spa and meals, Teramok always make me feel like a beautiful woman.

Scammer maintenance contractor
Shaun van Der Merwe does General house maintenance. I need to sell my property so I got quotes and asked Shaun to do the job. I paid according to the contract... and even more than I needed to. 1. His work is very rushed, workmanship below the below average. You have to see it to believe it. 2. Very messy and never cleans up. Paint splashes all over my floors as well as furniture He said he will complete the jobs by end of Dec. However, mid Dec he went to Joburg for "another job". WTH. He has still not come back to finish what I have paid for. He says he is trying to find money to get what he needs to finish the job. I, as a consumer am NOT responsible for how he manages his finances for his business. I have paid him for this job, so he should have used that money for all the supplies. Right or wrong?? He is full 9f stories. Do not be caught by this devious man.
