Utter rudeness from Mrs Botha at Fourie Gronloh Inc.

Mrs Botha is the rudest person that I have ever come across. We never received an account from my daughter's dentist as it had her details on and not my husband'sand it was handed over to Fourie Gronloh Inc for collection. I told Mrs Botha that we would settle the account on the 25th of November as it only came to our attention yesterday and she threatened me that if I didn't pay the account today then she is going to blacklist my husband who is the main member of the medical aid. She is really giving Fourie Gronloh a terrible name with her rudeness and is totally unreasonable & threatening when we were trying to make arrangements to pay the account. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. She has no idea how to handle people and shouldn't be representing them at all. Utterly disrespectable woman!!!
