Fourie Gronloh the worst Attorneys
They are rude. Very threatening sms. They don't care even if their client made a mistake. Will never deal with them ever again.

Utter rudeness from Mrs Botha at Fourie Gronloh Inc.
Mrs Botha is the rudest person that I have ever come across. We never received an account from my daughter's dentist as it had her details on and not my husband'sand it was handed over to Fourie Gronloh Inc for collection. I told Mrs Botha that we would settle the account on the 25th of November as it only came to our attention yesterday and she threatened me that if I didn't pay the account today then she is going to blacklist my husband who is the main member of the medical aid. She is really giving Fourie Gronloh a terrible name with her rudeness and is totally unreasonable & threatening when we were trying to make arrangements to pay the account. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. She has no idea how to handle people and shouldn't be representing them at all. Utterly disrespectable woman!!!

Firstly, this “law firm” will find the most inconvenient way of contacting you. They called my place of work, as the first point of contact, and spoke to my boss. I lost my job and this was one of the reasons. Upon contacting them back, they were rude and the secretary spoke about me whilst on the phone with me in Afrikaans and then put the phone down. When I finally spoke to someone of relevance, they told me I need to pay the amount soon. I let them know I am not in the financial position to pay the entire amount off.. They were extremely abrasive and rude by mentioning “it’s not their problem and I must sort it”. Bare in mind that the amount is higher than my salary before I lost my job. They don’t offer a payment plan. They don’t offer a resolution besides demanding the money to be paid, even after losing my job. They keep harassing various members of my family when they have my number and can talk to me directly. They keep asking me to pay but the amount owing isnt even on my name. It’s on my dad’s name and it’s for a medical bill. They need to consider changing how they deal with such matters because they are rude, aggressive, and highly unproffesional. They seriously need to be reported for their unprofessional behavior.

I've just got a whatsapp from them saying if I dont pay R1504 into their account IMMEDIATELY they will forward my ID to the credit bureau. What the heck, I have never heard of these creeps - is this a ****??

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction regarding a recent interaction, with one of your attorneys of whom I understand is acting as an attorney on behalf of your office concerning an outstanding account. While I fully acknowledge the existence of the account and my responsibility to address it, I was appalled by the manner in which she conducted herself. Upon calmly explaining that I am currently unable to make immediate payment and would be in a position to settle the account at month end, I was met with an unprofessional, dismissive, and condescending attitude. Her exact words — that my financial situation is "not her concern" and that she is "not my financial advisor" — were not only unnecessary but also entirely inappropriate. I do not take issue with being contacted about the account; I take issue with the arrogant and disrespectful tone in which the matter was handled. Being an attorney or acting on behalf of a medical practice does not justify a complete disregard for basic decency and professionalism. Let me be clear: I will not tolerate being spoken to in such a manner by anyone representing your office. I am willing to make payment as discussed by month end, but any further communication — if required — should be conducted respectfully and in writing only. I also request that this complaint be formally noted and addressed. How your representatives engage with patients says a great deal about your practice. In this instance, it was a poor reflection. Sincerely

Very Bad and rude attorneys
<div>Whenever I call at these offices they do not give you a chance to explain andni have been trying since last year to make arrangements but they keep on refusing saying the amount is small and that's what I can afford. Now they listed me as a BAD PAYER and put default under my name where else I have been trying to make arrangements. The lady by the surname of *** is so rude. I dont know how I will get this resolved as it so frustrating. Whenever you tey to talk to them they threaten you with Summons. I called in again today and she hunged up on while im still talking to her.</div>

Disgusting vile firm
Absolutely disgusting experience with Liselle, who harassed me and my mother for " legal fees" , that I had no prior knowledge of. I had an outstanding account with Whatsup doc that I had paid. Literally harassed and threatened my mother and I out of 600 rand that I had no prior knowledge of . FULL OF ****,B DISGUSTING , VILE person and firm and I hope she gets the bad karma she deserves.
