Firstly, this “law firm” will find the most inconvenient way of contacting you. They called my place of work, as the first point of contact, and spoke to my boss. I lost my job and this was one of the reasons. Upon contacting them back, they were rude and the secretary spoke about me whilst on the phone with me in Afrikaans and then put the phone down. When I finally spoke to someone of relevance, they told me I need to pay the amount soon. I let them know I am not in the financial position to pay the entire amount off.. They were extremely abrasive and rude by mentioning “it’s not their problem and I must sort it”. Bare in mind that the amount is higher than my salary before I lost my job. They don’t offer a payment plan. They don’t offer a resolution besides demanding the money to be paid, even after losing my job. They keep harassing various members of my family when they have my number and can talk to me directly. They keep asking me to pay but the amount owing isnt even on my name. It’s on my dad’s name and it’s for a medical bill. They need to consider changing how they deal with such matters because they are rude, aggressive, and highly unproffesional. They seriously need to be reported for their unprofessional behavior.
MrD drives me insane. I feel like I’m forever having to make a complaint. A friend had sent me a Snack Me Gift and in order to accept it, an OT number had to be sent to my number.. why?? I have no clue. I contacted MrD to assust with putting my new number in my profile. Today, when I try to use that gift voucher, it is not showing on my profile any more. It shows on the app that there is the voucher but soon as I open it, it shows nothing. I haven’t used it at all. I contacted MrD again to assist. They suggested a reboot of the app. I did it and still nothing. I am tired of contacting them for assistance for it to amount to nothing. If I don’t get my voucher that a friend kindly sent to me, then I’ll never use them again EVER!
Rain doesn’t even deserve one star. I been trying to cancel rain since last year October. I haven’t used the router and the wifi since then, but I’m still getting charged for it. I have requested numerous times to be contacted and also tried contacting them. Rain support gave me a call and I explained the issue I was facing.. The lady explained that I need to pay R2400, when I asked why am I being charged for the months I didn’t use the WiFi, she just put the phone down on me. She was rude and was of no help. Rain has the worst customer service as well as the worst connection for their WiFi. They are a waste of time and a waste of money.
