No matter what, never sign up with RAIN. Their services are month to month which means if you dont make a payment you wont be able to use their services. For the whole month of January I didn't use the WiFi as I have not paid it because their prices are ridiculously high and when the weather is bad they network doesn't work at all. To my surprise today, I am billed for January and now my debt is double. How come? What am I being charged for if my WiFi and their services was disconnected ? Rain is ****ming customers and they are causing customers *****ulent debts.
I have been waiting for my order from woolworths and I cannot track it with fastway. When you call their landline it does not go through and their whatsapp number is automated and gives an error message when you try to make a follow up with your order.
I made an online purchase in the 21st of December and till to date I didnt receive my order. I have been making calls to enquire about my order as I cannot track it with Fastway deliveries and their call centre agents have been making empty promises. The last consultant I spoke to by thr name of Aakilah even made a promise to Send me an email as proof of enquiry with fast way deliveries as to where the order is. I am so unhappy with woolworths online , it's been more than 10 days and the fast way deliveries whatsapp is not effective when you try to enquire their number is automated and gives an error message and their landline as well does not go through. I am so frustrated as I do not know where my order is.
I bought a product at Hifi Corp and it was a wrong product. I called the Head office of hifi and was advised to take it to the nearest Incredible connections for a refund. I went to the Grove Mall and the manager there wanted to rob me to say that he is gonna deduct 15% from the refund I asked how so, he said cos I opened the box of the item which is a book cover. The box was neatly opened and I asked him how was I wupposed to see whats in the box if i dont open it. It was then my word against his until two of his employees tried to calm.the situation. They then asked me to fill in refund forms and that it will take 21 days for a refund. I told them there is no way a refund can take 21working days. I called in at Hifi Corp to find out and was advised that refund takes 7-14 days so the Manager and his staff are ****s who manipulate customers. I called in today the 10th for a follow up of my refund as no communication was received with any reference number. The store Manager told me today (10.10.2025)that the forms have been sent to head office and to my surprise the head office didnt receive anything from the store. The store manager and his employees are spiting me and this is a serious offence to me as I am waiting for my refund and on top of it, I am the one who has to make follow ups. I have never felt so small and hurt as a customer. This store they have given me the worst experience ever. Thanks to the lady at the hifi head office who was honest that no forms were received and has opened a complaint ticket for me.
<div>Whenever I call at these offices they do not give you a chance to explain andni have been trying since last year to make arrangements but they keep on refusing saying the amount is small and that's what I can afford. Now they listed me as a BAD PAYER and put default under my name where else I have been trying to make arrangements. The lady by the surname of *** is so rude. I dont know how I will get this resolved as it so frustrating. Whenever you tey to talk to them they threaten you with Summons. I called in again today and she hunged up on while im still talking to her.</div>
Big UP's to the staff at Edgar's The Grove Mall. They are so kind and helpful and make customers enjoy their shopping and feel important. I would like to give 10 Stars to Reatlegile who was so kind, patient and willing to assist. Salome who is very bubbly and also has good customer service skills and lastly Nompumelelo who gave made me join the Edgars club. She was very informative , kind and transparent. Thank you ladies, I will surely visit the store often.
I went to Legit Tshwane Mall in mamelodi on the 16th for shopping. First if all the staff there cleans the store while customers are shopping and we were being told how we shouldn't step on a wet area which made my shopping very uncomfortable. Secondly the staff cashier plus store manager I assume we're eating chips (fries) at the till point and I was so shocked how possible is it they just eat at the till point infront of customers and they both didn't respond and gave a very cold look with an attitude. I was not even greeted and they never said thank you at the end. I phoned the head office yesterday the 17th to share my bad experience and I was promised an apology from the store. Till now no one from Legit head office or The store has contacted me which now reflects how Legit protects its staff irrespective of how bad they treat customers. I will never ever make a purchase in a township store as they have zero respect for customers. Why must services in high rated malls be different to stores at the township. I am so disappointed IN. LEGIT AND ITS STAFF.
I really don't know how I can report this company honestly. I had a complaint few weeks back and they promised to resolve it and install a new unit at no cost..now they have debited R600 which is not reversible in my account without my permission. I had to fight and fight for bad service then this.
Cartrack is harassing me with calls and Ayanda (male) consultant was sooo rude towards me. I have been with car track for 8yrs and they have never made me feel important as a client. My car was involved in an accident and was taken to Johannesburg but none of these rude consultantsborthered to call me or any of the recovery team. I reversed their payment last week and to my surprise I'm getting thousand phone calls and emails. It shows how this company is good at chowing people's monies but bad at offering the service. It's been more than 4 hrs since the device is checked and no one cares..as a client you have to follow them for their assistant.
Lady by the name of Zanele Zwane is so rude. They say she's the boss but she firstly didn't greet me and told me If I want to call police on the them I should do so. Such people can't be working with people. Another person Elias Masungi. So rude.
