this company sends me a statement from a speech the****** that iv never heard of or even attended saying i owe that DR i have never met R550 and i owe them R450 for calling me ,what type of ***** is this ,why do attorney earn money *******ly lately

Sindiswa isaac is completely unprofessional, almost cancelled my funeral plan with empowerfin and guard risk of which she did not even care, her tfc is very poor if not for the helpful manager Dumisani, I would not be a client going forward ,needs to be taught how to treat clients going forward or the business will loss alot

Worst experience of my life bought an explora on price lock even today its still not installed I called 7 times and still no help everyone keeps referring me of which iv wasted R300 on airtime I regret buying their explora on price lock level of service is beyond bad

Worst experience iv ever received from a bank a trusted as R2066 was taken from my account by nedbank because I have a personal loan with them of which an arrangement was made of R200 ,now they refuse to refund me of which the money they took was meant for school fees for my son ,theyv sent me from one company to another but still no help

I took a loan with nedbank and lost my job ,I made an arrangement to pay R200 recently and they just took R2066 which was meant to pay for my son's school fees ,they said itl take 7 days to refund but nothing,when I called today they said they need authorisation from ssda whose their debt collect or which ssda says call nedbank,it's a nightmare banks who we trust to keep our money safe treat us like trash ,I don't think other banks would have handled this situation so badly ,never trust this bank guys
