I'm extremely dissatisfied with this company's service! After waiting for half a day, I finally got to speak with a consultant, only to be met with rudeness or unhelpful responses. The lack of professionalism and poor communication is unacceptable. It's time for this company to seriously improve its customer service or risk losing business altogether. Hello Peter please do something

They are quick to tell you all the benefits. Quick to get you signed up, quick to take youre money. But when you want youre pay out they have excuses and take all the time they want. Dont replay, respond or do just basic comonication with you. Really do not recomend them at all. When you go on pension by the time you get youre pay out, you will be long dead of old age and which case no one get youre money and they get to keep it. I seriously think they should not be in busines as they dont know how to do business with basic client service. They will cost a person so much pain and casue a loss of house or car even becuase they take thier sweet blue time with youre money!!!

Worst experience anyone can have when claiming your fund, they don't assist , answer calls, give any feedback unless you contact them, you hold for so so so long , when you do get through each consultant tells you a different story about tye status of your claim, I have been waiting for 14 weeks and it's still not sorted after I was told it would be done by the 18 Oct and finalized, mibco take 4 weeks with no hassle this company is the worst ever

Has anyone tried to contact PFA and got any response cause WOW this is unacceptable. NMG needs to be burnt from administering people's monies they are not capable. No one is getting their monies I for one have been waiting since May and the sad part is they aren't responding to mails and they don't answer calls. Ay bandla we not getting anywhere this seems like we've been ****med🤞

Like many of you, I resigned from my previous employer in May and submitted a withdrawal claim with NMG Benefits in June. They NMG Benefits Parody - Come and Share Your Story with Me on Twitter promised my money would be in my hands by the second week of July. Fast forward to September 27th—still waiting. Countless calls and emails have resulted in nothing but empty promises. I’ve reached out to the FSCA and am trying to connect with the Pension Fund Adjudicator, but my optimism is fading. Complaints about NMG have been surfacing since 2019, well before the “two-pot system” excuse came into play. Here’s a red flag: they don’t even have an X account (formerly Twitter). In response, I created “NMG BENEFITS PARODY.” I invite everyone to share your stories, whether about the two-pot system or other issues. If you want to stay anonymous, DM me on Twitter, and I’ll share your experiences without revealing your identity. Let’s shine a light on NMG and demand accountability

This has to be the most experience i ever had, you cannot be holding for consultants for 2 hours and they end your call without any help. this company is the worst.every month is the same stories.they do not care about people, i do not know why they are still operating with people's money.

Cedar should be close down the company is so cruel they don't think for people but themselves they have made my life a living hell now at home I'm know as a lier i ate money on the street mi wife say I'm a lier she want to leave because I keep on promising nothing as I hv no job at de money and cedar decide to keep my money mi children hv to go to school empty other day but I have money I can't reach my life is a mess now because of cedar with empty promises so cedar should be exposed lyk my ex colleagues should know about cedar that they not safe I want mi money de is no dat day hv not pass 3 months is made by 45 days so I decided to take the matter to court maybe I should b rich through cedar

I have never had such bad experience before, you will hold for consultants for 2hours and still not get help cause the phone will just hang up, i feel for people who are still contributing to this company,they have no sense of urgency. people going through a lot because of the inconsistency of this company.
