worst company to deal with.
This has to be the most experience i ever had, you cannot be holding for consultants for 2 hours and they end your call without any help. this company is the worst.every month is the same stories.they do not care about people, i do not know why they are still operating with people's money.

The delays of this company is shocking.
I have never had such bad experience before, you will hold for consultants for 2hours and still not get help cause the phone will just hang up, i feel for people who are still contributing to this company,they have no sense of urgency. people going through a lot because of the inconsistency of this company.

WORST PROVIDENT FUND
worst experience with this fund , every consultant tells you different stories everyday, going 5 months waiting for my payout but each day is a different story from consultants, it is like they all do not work there at all , it is frustrating, you hold more than an hour just to speak to a consultant,this is one experience i never wish to have with provident fund EVER.
