Extremely dissapointed with how rude Sunel is. I wanted to make a company order, i've decided not to go through with them because of how rude she was to me. I had to also call/ ask for a quote 3 times before i actually received one. If you want good service (DO NOT GO TO THEM)
Absolutely disgusting experience with Liselle, who harassed me and my mother for " legal fees" , that I had no prior knowledge of. I had an outstanding account with Whatsup doc that I had paid. Literally harassed and threatened my mother and I out of 600 rand that I had no prior knowledge of . FULL OF ****,B DISGUSTING , VILE person and firm and I hope she gets the bad karma she deserves.
I received my bed yesterday however the online purchasing experience WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I normally don't write bad reviews but I was honestly really stressed. I ordered my bed last week Sunday online and received it yesterday the (06/12/23) . I did not receive an order confirmation, I had to physically WhatsApp the bed shop to ask for a order no. There is no proof of what I ordered, i only received something from payfast saying that money was taken out of my account from the bed shop. There is NO way of tracking your order, you have to call into the shop to see where your delivery is at. I was however thankful to receive my bed but staff are rude and have no idea what is going on?!?! I have to ask for the delivery guys no to phone and I have to constantly phone to check the status of my order. ITS ABSOLUTE BS I buy a lot of goods online but I have never had SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
