Pay back my deposito in terms of the contract.

I'm am so disturp and stress due to my deposito than this company don't want to pay according to the term and conditions. They don't reply on messages or pick up the fone. Please stay away from this agency rather book through B&B or guesthouse via Booking.com. I'm not gonna leave this company,cause I see alot of complaints with the same issue. How many people will this company still steel from. You not good for any business Shelly Havenga have alot of issues besides paying my money back I worked for.
