about premio x83

so last year I bought Premio x83 at arkemans. two months full tops it stopped working, when I got there they said I must wait they will call. after 3 weeks called gave me a new one all my files were lost even valuable stuff. this year 23 Jan 2022 that new Premio just turn black screen no more working just like the first. in all this phone is not good
