I bought the tablet in March and I have taken it for repairs twice already and if I spend 2 weeks having it working I'd be happy. It works just for a week from there it doesn't charge. It's a useless product they should just stop selling it.

I bought head phones that lasted for a week. tried to take them in store and was advised by Ackerman's manager in Jabulani Mall that warranty is only for 7 days. tried to contact Premio directly with no help. Why do the ear phone have a 12months warranty if i can only return them when fault only in 7days..

I bought a Premio X95 due to budget constraints and was the worse phone I've ever used 2 week in the phone began to start glitching on the home screen This week the charging port is very loose despite me not charging often with that being said the is an absolute disaster don't waste your money on this ******* they call a phone

I purchased Premio S57 cellphone at the Ackermans Moruleng mall branch a little over 2 weeks ago and was and still am extremely disappointed with the battery life. I followed the store assistant's instructions to charge the phone for 3 hours once I got home. I started using the phone after having charged it and it kept switching off on its own even at high battery levels as of day 8 after purchase. I was told I could only return the phone within 7 days and feel this is done on purpose as the makers of the phone knows how unreliable their handset is.

I bought the premio s82 from ACKERMANS. this phone had constant battery problems. I took it back to the manufacturer and they had it ''fixed' but after a few months, it gave me more problems. the battery was swelling up and it just randomly switched off even if it had battery life
