It's 8:49. I'm in the store in Moruleng mall. There are only 2 cashiers serving us. Some of us have less than 10 items on us. I went and asked when the other cashiers would start their shift and was told 1 would be in at 9am. What difference will 1 person make?
I purchased Premio S57 cellphone at the Ackermans Moruleng mall branch a little over 2 weeks ago and was and still am extremely disappointed with the battery life. I followed the store assistant's instructions to charge the phone for 3 hours once I got home. I started using the phone after having charged it and it kept switching off on its own even at high battery levels as of day 8 after purchase. I was told I could only return the phone within 7 days and feel this is done on purpose as the makers of the phone knows how unreliable their handset is.
I am at the Moruleng mall store in a queue and there are only 2 cashiers serving us. I understand when it's not the end of the month. But on numerous occasions I have noticed that we are subjected to unnecessarily long queues whereas they are aware of the store's peak times in each month. Please fix.
I was shopping at the Moruleng mall store at 08:24 and needed one of my items checked for a price. The cashier referred me to the self-service scanner and I proceeded there. I returned and explained that the scanner was disconnected for some reason and that I reconnected the cord that had come loose. One of the packers explained that it would be a while before I would be able to use the scanner and referred me back to the cashier. I explained what had happened to the cashier and she told me she would then have to go to the scanner to do it for me. I asked whether she would be able to assist with a send cash withdrawal as well. She said that she and the other cashier did not have funds as they had just started working 24 minutes earlier. My other issue is that she could have been more polite and friendlier when she was assisting. Then I would not have had a problem going all the way across the mall for a cash send withdrawal. Thanks
I recently wrote a review about having bought an iron whose warranty I was not told was1 year... I was shown that the 1+ sign on the packaging meant it was 2 years. Please respond to this as I will be taking further action.
I bought food at The Fish and Chip Co in Mogwase and waited for my order a whole 30 minutes at around 10:40 whilst people were going in and out with their orders. I am very disappointed at their level and speed of service as this is not the first time I have waited this long. Please fix and work as efficiently as The Fish and Chip Co in Moruleng mall.
I returned a Russell Hobbs iron I had purchased in September 2022. The packaging state it has a year's warranty on it and that I get 1 extra year cover as per salesperson upon my purchase of the appliance. I called Russell SA this morning and was told that the salesperson was supposed to have explained that I needed to register to have the extra year's cover. This is in no way my fault and I will NEVER purchase their appliances again if this is how they treat clients.
I did a credit application on Tuesday 29/12. I was advised funds would be paid into my account within 48 hours... I am yet to receive the funds. I called them, was advised they were escalating the matter. I asked for the turn around time, was told it would be another 48 hours. Does African Bank understand that no one applies for credit unless they are desperate for the funds?! I need to be home on Sunday.
We were booked into this guesthouse for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean and well furnished. My only issue was the non-existent communication whenever there were power outages. We all know the situation with load shedding, I could not understand why the place did not have an electricity back-up system for the rooms. We were in the dark the evening before check out as well as the morning of check out. The bath water was cold from the time we arrived until departure. We resorted to using the basins to wash up. Please look into this as the electricity back-up system seemed to cater for the bar and restaurant only. We would like to stay at the guest house again, but will not until these issues are ironed out.
I made a lumpsun unintentionally into my Capfin loan account. I requested a reversal and the agent did not seem keen. She told me that there was no way the funds could be reversed as the loan account had already been closed. I'm really disappointed in them.
