I bought the tablet in March and I have taken it for repairs twice already and if I spend 2 weeks having it working I'd be happy. It works just for a week from there it doesn't charge. It's a useless product they should just stop selling it.
Bought the Premio tablet on the 25th March 2015 and it lasted only 7 days, the battery couldn't charge for days I kept it on the charger but it wasn't charging to 100% took it back to Ackermans on the 8th day, was booked in and 2 weeks later they called me and I got a new one. The same thing happened to the second one, it's the 2nd week since I have had it but I am having issues with the battery again. I have kept it on a charger for 24 hours and it goes from 7% to 6 % when I check nothing above 7%. I regret ever buying this brand.
I have applied for the normal uif and my claim was approved, received a number of payments then suddenly they stop paying me and I still have credit available. It's been two months and my status is stuck on Sent to Paymaster. I have been calling everyday and emailing them for over a month now but no response and the call center crew always claim they have escalate my matter but at the end of the day it is just useless.
I heavily expectent, I arrived to queue by 7h00 it is now 8h25 we are standing on the sun I am breathless and they haven't started working.
