I had the very unfortunate experience of with dealing with MTN. I purchased a WIFI contract with them in January 2025. Having had this router which is supposed to be uncapped Wifi, for 2 weeks, i was told ive reached my "fair usage data" which i did not understand the meaning of... i was not explained all this. Having reached my fair usage, i could not connect at all to the Wifi, my TVs, everything was struggling. So on the 15th of February i returned the router to the store and cancelled my month to month contract. Suffice to say... they did not even try to retain me as a customer. They were very arrogant about the matter. I dealt with Barry at the Campus Square branch when cancelling. On the 19th i recieved an sms saying my device has been booked for a repair! I contacted MTN and they told me to go back to the store and submit the required documents! What documents???? Why did Barry not ask me for documents when i was there! I refused to go back and demanded my refund which they assured me i am due for seeing as though i only used it for 2 weeks. Since then calls have been logged and case numbers opened and closed with out anything being done. They requested the proof of payment from Paygate which i sent and they acknowledged reciept of! Since i sent the Paygate proof, nothing has been done. MTN now ignores me. I am at my wits end!! Do i just walk away from my money? How many other customers have walked away without resolution or refund?? Is this how MTN does business?? I will nerver again do business with MTN, they are ******* and ****s!
I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 days now... every morning I get a message saying my package is on its way, every afternoon I receive another message saying delivery was unsuccessful! This is now ridiculous! I've been assured by 2 of your call centre agents yesterday, Mabatho and Caroline that my package would be delivered by yesterday! I'm still waiting! Again I received a message this morning saying my package is on its way! Must I sit at home everyday waiting for your driver??? Ridiculous! My tracking numbers are 23000152000817131 and 23000152000776214. Please assist ASAP! So after this message was sent... Tshepo from Aramex chars to me on Facebook... assuring me that my parcel will be delivered by 4pm today! Nothing happened! So I send another message and another agent tells me they will deliver on Saturday! I will not be available on Saturday! I cannot sit and wait another day! Pathetic service!!!
Premio phones are the worse... I bought a Premio phone 1 year ago and the battery is swollen... I've used my original charger all the time... It's a waste of money!
I will never buy another phone from a clothing store anymore... Akermans... A trusted brand! I bought a Premio phone from you a year ago... Yes seems like a long time... But for a phone I dont think so... Phones should not have expiry dates! My phone's battery is swollen... I bought this phone in October last year... October this year the battery was swollen... Is it the brand or is the store selling faulty phones? If it's the brand is it really advisable that you keep promoting this rubbish? I'm at my wit's end and so angry... I cannot afford another phone right now... I feel like I've been robbed by a store Ive trusted for years!
Ive been buying Huggies for my daughter since birth. Up until last month i have been happy. I bought 2 packets of Huggies jumbo size 3 and at first i overlooked the fact that the first packet was faulty and carried on, upon opening the second pack i found the same problem! Amoungst other things Huggies prides themselves on there inner and outer leakguards! The packs i purchased does not have a outer leakguard on the right hand side on the nappies! The result of this is now a baby whose wet, who has soiled clothes and a nappy that fits way out of proportion! <br> Im into the second packet and have used up more than half in less than 2 weeks because now she needs to be changed more frequently!<br> Im at a loss here! I need to buy more but im too scared! I dont want to change brands but what if i get another faulty packet! <br>
