Pathetic services I just received at Pep Umlazi V section. Found a jacket in the shelf that I wanted to purchase for my daughter and the price was R129.90 but when I got to the till the cashier told me that the price has gone up to R139.90. Like really🙄 why would she tell me that, from what I know the shop should charge you the price that is on the tag. I stood on their very long and slow quee and when I was the till more of my time was even wasted when they were discussing on what to do with matter and finally when I wanted to swop my card to pay the speed point was off. Had to wait again for them to fix it and nobody was saying anything to me, I was just standing there asking them to use cash until I left everything because I didn't have enough cash and I was in a hurry. The disappointment on my daughter's face leaving all her things there. I am really upset with them because they really seem not to care about their customers.
Leaving their premises right now after wasting my 3 hours with no assistance. I am a hiv patient, just came to collect my medication. Came at 9:30 and left at 12:30. The Clinic is disgusting, the reception don't know what they're doing. I am so angry at myself because this is not the first time, people who came after are being assisted first. There's no order. After 3 wasted hours went to the reception to asked for my card back so I can leave and go somewhere else where I'll be assisted because the lady was helping a woman who came after me. She only asked me if I know why that woman was there instead apologizing and trying to find a problem so she can assist me. She gladly gave me back my card, so you guys wonder why there so many defaulting people. It's because of this Clinic with their poor and nonsensical services. Basically they're helping their friends that are coming late and everyone sitting there is complaining, people are sick and hungry. And worse their toilets are always out of order. Worst day of my life.
Actually It's zero stars for your business, yesterday I came back from work and I wanted to buy vegetables since they were on special to my suprise that I'll be very disappointed with one of your cashiers, that girl was very rude and disrespectful towards me. I took a 48 toilet rolls thinking it was R99.00 but when I was in the till ot scanned R169.90 and then I politely asked if it wasn't on special, instead of explaining that its one ply that's on special and the one that I had was a two ply. She disrespected me and asked me Why I never asked??? How can she speak to a customer like that? She didn't end there when I tried to tell her that she's was not to answer me it that manner it got worse, she told me that what I saw in the shelves has nothing to do with her, she doesn't know what's going on inside the shop she's only a cashier. I was so angry at that girl, actually I am still angry. People were looking at me in queue like I am some silly woman with no money, I ended up walking out of the shop leaving all my groceries at the till.What's even worse is that I was wearing my uniform nd the time that I wasted there buying and to be disappointed in the till like that. The business owners don't need a person like her how many customers has she chased away and how many is she still going to chase away because clearly she doesn't give a damn. I was actually looking for the company's email address to send my complaint direct to the owners but I couldn't find it.
