TGCSA made a mistake with the grading of my property which they admitted to. Instead of trying to fix it, I am now being ignored by all parties involved. Shocking and Unprofessional. Would NOT recommend

The Lack of accountability for their mistakes is horrid. TGCSA are not even trying to rectify their mistake despite the fact that I paid in full for my yearly grading which is a hefty fee that does not help very much. I am now being ignored by the assessor as well as TGCSA themselves. Extremely disappointing. Would not recommend!
