WORST TREATMENT

I was referred to Jonty Tasker by his associate and I rented out a grey Corsa lite 2008 model for 14 days and paid a 4000 deposit along with daily rates for the 14 days. I returned the car on the scheduled date and was told I would get my deposit on 06/01/0222. On 17/01/2022 he said it would be paid later in the afternoon, and again it wasn't.He ignored my texts the next day and only responded on 19/01/2022 claiming it had already been paid in the morning. I requested him to send me Proof of payment on 20/01/2022 and he said he would send it through the next day. 0n 25/01/2022 he returned to say I will be contacted by "finance dept". I then got a whatsapp from a lady called Casidy Ellis Jansen saying she is the head of finance and requested me to confirm my banking details after which she claimed the money was paid into the wrong account and she will follow it up with the bank for a reversal. I asked both her and Jonty why I should be inconvenienced as a result of their "error" and since then they have been ignoring my texts and calls.To date Im still waiting for my deposit refund. This is after I was given the car with an expired license disk and told it would he sorted soon. PLEASE BE WARNED.
