I invested and was told and promised I won't need to pay anything after that and I will receive my profit within 48 hours. They **** to me now they want me to pay R5000 to get my profit.
I INVESTED R1000 25/1/2023 TO THE ABOVE COMPANY and was told I will get a profit of R15k. I WAS TOLD BY JOHN DEREK THERE WILL BE NOTHING ELSE TO PAY. ON THE 26/1/2023 I WAS TOLD TO CHECK MY EMAIL WHICH I DID AND AS PER THE EMAIL I WAS TOLD TO PAY R3500 TO GET MY PROFIT. I WHATSAPP JOHN AND TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS DISCUSSED. SO, HE SAID I MUST TRY FOR R2000 AND HE WILL ASSIST ME WITH THE R1500 THE REASON BEING BECAUSE HE MESSED UP. AS I DID NOT HAVE THE R2000, I ASKED HIM WILL I LOSE MY R1000. HE DID NOT REPLY TO ME WITH AN ANSWER. HE SAID IF I PAY THE MONEY, I WILL NOT BE PAYING ANY OTHER MONEY AGAIN HE PROMISED. SO, I TRUSTED HIM AND I GOT HELP, AND DEPOSITED THE R2000, BUT IT HAD TO BE DEPOSITED TO A BANELE MASHIANE ACCOUNT I QUESTIONED THIS AND I MUST JUST DO IT IN ORDER FOR ME TO GET THE PROFIT. I WAS AGAIN REQUESTED TO PAY ANOTHER R1000 WHICH I DID, AND HE SAID THAT I SHOULD CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT AS THE COMPANY DID THE DEPOSIT. NOTHING WAS DONE NO PAYMENT RECEIVED AND WHEN I CHECKED AGAIN WITH HIM, HE SAID THE COMPANY WANTS ME TO PAY ANOTHER R1000 IN ORDER TO GET MY PROFIT. I TOLD HIM HIS COMPANY IS CRAZY, AND THAT HE IS A LIAR, HE MESSED UP SO HE SHOULD PAY THE R1000. HE STILL INSIST I MUST PAY THE R1000 TO GET MY PROFIT. DID ANYONE ALSO GET SCAMMED. THE AMAZING PART HE ALWAYS PUTS ON HIS STATUS HOW PEOPLE GOT THE PROFITS, SO I ASKED WHY AM I NOT GETTING MINES WHEN EVERYBODY ELSE IS RECEIVING THEIR PROFIT. HE STILL INSIST I MUST PAY THE R1000.
On the 1/10/2022 I did investment and deposited R500 for 5 days. On the 4/10/2022 I got a message on my WhatsApp requesting a Broker fee of R270 which is required before they can process my payment. On another message it said that my 5 days end tomorrow being the 5/10/2022. I sent the proof of payment for the R270.00 on the 4/10/2022. I got another message after that letting me know they will process the payment and I will get payment the next day. On the 5/10/2022 I sent a message asking if all is in order. Message received Yes payment will be sent now. I requested proof of payment once done. I sent another message Hi was the payment done. No reply from them. On the 6/10/2022 I sent a message please do not let me down. Message received Gm please send me our account number which I did. In the evening I sent a message have you done the payment. No reply from them. 7/10/2022 till date I been sending messages, but fail to get any answers I would just like them to refund my R770.00
I checked with the rep. if they open accounts for pensioners, and he said yes, he will need my dads ID, and a 3 month SASSA statement which he said he will get it for my dad but we need to pay for the statements which we gave the money for them to get the statements. Finally we got a sms to say congratulations you can by for ....... We agreed and said will take the fridge. Then the rep. came back and said they need my dads smart ID as the green book ID has been cancelled. We go the smart ID the rep was very helpful and he collected it from us. They phoned for the references which they needed. The rep. called and said we need to pay a deposit which we did. We waited for the fridge to be delivered which did not happen. I phoned the rep. and asked what happened he said there is a problem as they cannot supply the fridge as my dad is 86 years old, but I must hold on they waiting for feedback. I did not hear from them so I went into the store and was told to speak to the Manager. I was told they cannot give my dad the fridge because of his age. I told the manager I don't understand as they took the deposit and the fridge should have been delivered. Than the blame game happened he said the rep. should have told us that, and when I spoke to the rep. he said he did not do the paper work it was done by another department. My point is they had my dad's ID they should have picked it up before the proceeded to open the account. So disappointed with Lewis Store as the manager would not admit it was their fault and would try and sort the matter out. Most disgusted at their service.
Wonderful experience with them friendly. They always check on their clients. Love you guys ❤️😘
