I would rate no stars if there was an option. After paying a deposit to the company in cash on the 23 of Aug I phoned them on the 31st to ask about the stock. I was then informed that their supplier doesn't stock the shoes I ordered. I then asked for a refund, which the lady at the Wonderboom branch said she will pass on to their accounts department. I phoned on Monday since the money was not showing in my account, She explained to me that the money will show in my account shortly. I phoned again on Tuesday, was told that the transfer was done Monday evening. Thursday I phoned, she said she will follow up with the lady in accounts. I have spoken to the manager at the Villiera branch twice today, the lady in accounts had a query on the method of payment, no one contacted me, and it was a lie that the payment was even made on Monday. I was told that unfortunately they will try their best to do the payment today otherwise they will try for tomorrow. I am sorry but that is pathetic. Not even taking my complaint seriously, the manager just keeps quiet when confronted on the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There is NO SERVICE!!!!!!!!!
I ordered goods online to be delivered before easter weekend. Yesterday the delivery came. They packed toiletries and the easter chocolates in the same crate. The toiletries spilled and damaged all the goods in the crate. The driver immediately sent photos and a complaint to the dispatch. I then whattsapped the complaint to the number provided on the website. It has now been 24 hours, the customer care keeps telling me the issue has been escalated. Now I will have to go in store to purchase the goods, what I tried to avoid in the first place by placing an on line order. Why does it take longer than 24 hours to sort this out? Previous instances I have ordered chocolates on line and then they are delivered in a crate instead of a cooler. The chocolates melt and lose their shape. I then had to go instore to exchange them, once again. I am still awaiting feedback.

I have had the worst ever experience with shopping online with waltons. I ordered stock on the 12th of December, I still haven't received anything. I have spoken to so many employees. No one calls you back. The problem according to them is the stock is with the courier and they are waiting for their response.
