myself and family visited this venue for a mothers day lunch. this was a mistake and i will not recommend this experience to others. the food was well below average and the prices were well above average. the service was however acceptable. now a month later i am still trying to get my R800 table deposit refunded. all i am getting is the run around and a lot of frustration. so far nobody in authority has responded to my satisfaction, hence my presence here.
I reported Fraud on a capitek account on the 12 january. now the 2nd february i have tried contacting their forensics department for feedback. Their call centre refuses to put my call through. If capitec is not going to help me recover my lost funds then i feel they are complicit in this fraud. Clients should ask themselves if they want to be a client with such a bank?
