Scammer! You pay a deposit and then he doesn't show to do the job! Blocks you. Changes his surname on facebook and truecaller but the same person... Don't use him, he is a thief!

Ikamva Mews - Northgate | leasing out units to the public that aren't ready
Ikamva Mews - Northgate I would like to report an agent (Jackie Van der Westhuizen) and necron property management. Here is a link to the property: https://www.property24.com/to-rent/northgate/randburg/gauteng/4457/110768936 They are leasing out units that are NOT ready to the public. It is their responsibility to deliver a unit that is clean and in habitable condition and READY APON agreed move in date (29 Jan). The condition of the unit must also meet the certain requirements and standards of the affecting health and safety. The UNIT has been left with **** in the toilets and urine all over it nor running clean water (nor has the geyser been connected - NO HOT WATER FOR OVER 5 DAYS), NO STOVE, NO FIBER AS ADVERTISED, KITCHEN AND BATHROOM INCOMPLETE, ETC ETC. I’ve had to call out my own plumber to sort out the problems and will deducting the costs from my next months rent. They do not assist with fixing the problems or have helped in any way. I’ve spoken to two of the neighbours thus far and the one has jump around 3 different units upon being there and the one is just moving out as they can no longer deal.
