Poor service received from FastWay Couriers
Delayed deliveries, difficult-to-reach customer support. Could not reach me, but I waited for them. Status: The courier attempted delivery but was unable to locate the consignee. No way to reach them. Absolutely poor service. delivery. I will not recommend them to anyone. They should change their nam to Slow-Way0 replies

Ticket number #15985 I refer to my emails sent on 2024-04-02 and numerous enquiries. At this stage, it appears that I am going to lose my vehicle and possibly my home due to non-receipt of payments. As mentioned in my email, I need to pay R 23 304.23 or I will lose my vehicle. The Bank have cancelled the debt review request due to the 60 days that have already passed. I have been informed that I can surrender my vehicle and still be responsible for the outstanding amount. As a result, I feel compelled to resign because it feels like I am not going to win going forward. I no longer believe that my decision to go into counseling was ever a good idea. Currently, I am worse off than I was before.3 replies
