If I could give them zero I would. I took my car for service in October after spe ding the whole day at their dealership they phoned to say service hasn't been done cause they don't have a cambelt and I must fetch the car just before 17:00 as to why they kept it the whole day if they couldn't service it I don't know. I was then given a date to take it back which I did on the exact day and again I was phoned to say the car has been serviced I can fetch it but the cambelt was not changed because they received a wrong one therefore I'll need to take the car back again for the third time. I did just that took in for the third and they changed the cambelt. Drove the car in November went to maternity leave in December and started driving again in January when school reopened. The car had a funny noise which I ignored and then it started getting worse I took it to a different Renault center when the mechanic told me I was lucky to still be alive and not have died in a car accident as the front left tyrer was totally loose. They tyrer was not properly fastened after the service which led to 3 studs coming off and rim getting damaged. I phoned Kempton Park center to lay a complain, spoke to their service manager who told me it's not their fault as I couldn't have driven so ma u kilometers post serivece if it was their fault. My question is whose fault is it the seeing they are the only ones who serviced the car and there was no work done on the car by anyone else after them?. Now I have to pay a huge amount to fix their negligence which almost cost me and my kids's lives.
